The new cauliflower falafel from Avita are made exclusively from plant-based ingredients. The fluffy balls are made of cauliflower rice and chickpeas and are refined with mint and sesame seeds. Tender-crispy on the outside and fluffy-light on the inside, the vegan balls can be combined in many ways: They taste wonderful in wraps, burgers or bowls, give salads that certain kick or serve as a quick solo snack in between. The delicious frozen balls can be prepared in the combi steamer, oven, hot air fryer and microwave and offer the special advantage of long shelf life. Like all Avita products, the Cauliflower Falafel contain neither flavor enhancers nor preservatives and colorants. The new products are available in 2.0 kg multipurpose bags (2 bags in a carton).
