With its new frozen crispy vegetable patties, AVITA is specifically targeting the rapidly growing vegetarian and flexitarian market segment. The patties combine a diverse vegetable base—including corn, carrots, parsnips, peas, kohlrabi, onions, and broccoli—with a crispy cornflake coating, capturing the spirit of the times both in terms of taste and functionality.
Applications range from modern veggie burgers to standout items on snack menus or in crossover concepts.
Operationally, the patties impress with maximum flexibility: they can be easily prepared in combi steamers, ovens, air fryers, pans, or deep fryers and integrate seamlessly into existing kitchen processes.
