The new vegetarian Avita Black Salsify and Potato Gratin is convincing with special inner values. Black salsify, which is especially popular in the fall and winter, makes up 61 percent of the product, giving the gratin a very special, delicate aroma with its intense, spicy, slightly nutty flavour. A further 22 percent of the product is accounted for by the potato, which offers a typical gratin experience and perfectly rounds out the delicious taste. These two earthy vegetables are topped with tangy, melted Emmental cheese and seasoned with the perfect blend of spices. Thanks to the practical portioning system, you can always take as much or as little as you need. In commercial kitchens, the deep-frozen gratin takes approx. 25 minutes to prepare in the oven (convection oven, top heat or bottom heat) or the combi-steamer with hot air.
